Very upset customer

On the 10/04/2020 I ordered two pairs of shoes online. To date I haven't received them ,have been told that a courier company called Dawnwing collected my parcel on the 08/05/2020.To date I haven't received my order, I actually have been the one following on the order and none of the two companies are bothered to look into this matter. I'm so livid that I feel like being refunded my money back. I ordered something online after this order and have already received my package. The customer service sucks, it's really worse with Dawnwing.
