Very unhappy customer worst customer service ever

I've placed an order on the 20th of September 2023. Till today the 5th of October i have not recived my Parcel. I keep havenig to email and follow up from my side just to be said it needs to be redirected and will be by me before the end of this week just for them to say it hasnt been redirected yet this is the worst service ever and customer service all i want is what i paid for and paid delivery....i will not be refering anyone to use them just lost a customer.
