Very disappointing

Good day,

As a first time buyer, I am really disappointment I have received from the time I place my order. The delivery took longer than the 4-6 days that was displayed at the end of purchase.

We all know buying online is never easy but this was the longest I have ever had to wait for my delivery. I then had to return one of my items as it was too small and a week later plus a day and counting and I am told that my parcel hasn't been received yet in your warehouse. To make it even worse, I still have to wait close to 7 days to get my refund while it took literally less than 1 min to pay for my goods and for Runway Sale to approve of the payment thereof.

Airwaybill for return item is ********** 624.

I thought, I would be a regular but after thing. I am cutting my losses and sticking to the online shopping websites that work fast and efficiently.

I need feedback in this regard asap.
