Very disappointed

I am very disappointed with the service i received, i made a purchase on the 2nd of august and as per app i was suppose to receive my parcel on the 16th the latest. My parcel was never delivered but i received an email a day later advising that my delivery was delayed, as a result i contacted them and they advised that they do not know when will my parcel be dispatched. i decided to cancel my order and request a refund. which i received an email confirming that my refund has been processed and i should receive my funds within 3 days, that was on the 17th august. To date i still haven't received my funds. to my surprise they gave me a R100 voucher as an apology but they cant pay back my money.
