Very bad service - quick to take your money but not interested to refund!

I made a purchase and needed to return it. They advertise this fantastic return policy which u obviously pay for. I was contacted twice confirming that they will collect even apologized profusely for not adhering to the first agreement yet they did it again. Promised that they will definitely collect today after 11. Still no collection. Used the bad excuse that they tried calling me but my phone cuts yet the courier called twice to confirm the collection! Quick to take your money but not quick to refund! False advertising and terrible service provided!!
