Very bad customer service

I made a purchase on Runwaysale on the 5th of May 2020 for a item with shipping time 5 to 7 days. Parcel was never shipped in that time; upon query i was told that they working with skeleton staff due to Covid-19 and that there is a backlog. So i waited patiently. On the 20th of May i received notification that my parcel is shipped, however shipping details on there website never changed; just stated awaiting courier collection. On the 10th of June i asked for a full refund as parcel has never reached me. I was promised by Tyler that couriers will be notified that parcel needs to return and refund will be processed. Meanwhile there website tracking still states parcel awaiting courier collection. On the 16th of June there website tracking changed to shipped. Until today i have never received my parcel nor my refund. Very very poor service from them.
