Useless service

This online store gives the most disgusting service ever. I forgot to send a proof of payment at the moment that I made payment at 11 pm. By the morning I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I then called them and explained myself as to why I did not send proof of payment which was a very valid excuse. Then I send proof of payment within less than 24 hours and all seemed sorted and fine with the person i spoke to (she was so sweet to me on the phone) and the next thing today...almost a week later I receive an email that R25 is still owing on my order....and I paid exactly what I was told to pay when I made the purchase.....can't stand inefficient false service. I just want a full reimbur*****t of what I paid. Pathetic
