UNRELIABLE

<p>On 28 December 2016 – I received an email that my order will be delivered the very same day with Ashley Fortuin (CF 231 637) but nothing was delivered. </p> <p> </p> <p>On 30 December 2016 I wrote an emial to them to find out what's happening. Got an outomated email back.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 3 January 2017 at 06h31, I received the very same message but nothing was delivered. The same day at 16h18, I received message: “Dear FERRIS JOOSTE, your parcel from RUNWAY WOODSTOCK is my next stop. For peace of mind, my vehicle registration is CF231637”. Same day at 17h26, once again received message: “Dear FERRIS JOOSTE, your parcel from RUNWAY WOODSTOCK is my next stop. For peace of mind, my vehicle registration is CF231637”</p> <p> </p> <p>On 4 January 2017 at 06h41, I received the very same message but did not even worry to wait home again because I had many disappointments from your company. Today at 13h02, I received a message: “My courier attempted to deliver a parcel for you from RUNWAY Sale 12h06pm at Unit 20 Brink Street, Villiersdorp, but you were not available at above address”. I have to cancel al my appointments previously as all the delivery notices I received, didn’t realise. Today I had to take my daughter on a Dentist appointment at Somerset West as I was glued at home every since 28 December 2016 but did not get my order as promised. There was a link I could follow if I would not be home but didn't even bother to follow link as I did receive same text before and nothing was delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I therefore refuse to be liable for any courier cost and want you to deliver my order very urgently. </p> <p> </p> <p>I sacrificed my whole holiday to be at home for delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I urge them to deliver my order not later than tomorrow as I'm planning to go away for weekend and won't be home as I am starting to work next Tuesday.</p> <p> </p>
