Unpaid refund

I placed an order and paid for it on the 6th of June this year at Runwaysale, well because of what the country is going through it was delayed and only got delivered on the 29th of July bt the order was short of two items which I was informed via email that they couldn't obtain them and I will duly refunded for them, till this day I am stilk waiting for that refund.
