Unhappy customer

I been a customer of runaway sale for couple of year lately or ever since they introduce The new range of Woolworth product they became a very useless , they don't deliver on time ,they advertise product that the warehouse don't have . I called in on their customer service number only to be answered by a rude Person who hang up the phone on my ear mind you i'm the one who called .
