Unfair, Arduous and inefficient Return and Refund Process

The return and refund process by RunwaySale is appalling, unfair and it takes forever even though they charge the customer for this.

Whilst other competitors like Superbalist and Takealot do not charge you for a return/refund yet they process returns and refunds faster than RunwaySale who charges you.

This is unacceptable and they should be questioned for this.
