Two Months...Still no order

<p>I placed an order on 25 November 2016 and I still have not received it. I was promised delivery last week but nothing (not even an update) was received. I have instructed Runway to cancel my order and refund me my money (R2800 worth of sales). Pathetic service, its absolutely shocking!!!!</p>
