Trick or Treat

Recently, on a mystery Halloween promo,I was "lucky" to purchase a shoe of R450 value for R10 (+ delivery fee R60)= R70.I naturally was excited at my good fortune, but was extremely disappointed to receive a cheap shoe ( selling at R129 on site).I was duped into buying an item I would not have.I have had similar experiences with other promos and firmly believe a lot of people are fooled this way.
