Took money and no items

I had problem ordering from run way. The EFT kept having a problem and resulted in two orders pending payment for the same items. The final try the payment went through the third time. I asked to cancel the pending orders only Now they cancel my order I paid for and keep quite. No refund no nothing. I call they reorder my order and expect me to pay again seriously I want my order.
