This service you just dont get these days

I cant remember the last time I've had this great customer service from a supplier, if ever.<br> My email was responded to in literally minutes (no automated response about your email being in a cue and would be responded to in six thousand hours) NOOO, Ilse Venter responded within minutes and she was extremely professional, friendly and my query was resolved in 2-3 hours from my first email. <br> Im so impressed by this team and I feel we should show our appreciation as well on this site and not only use it for complaining.
