They do not Adhere to the consumer protection act . yet they sell poor quality goods

they take very long to refund items and they do not adhere to the consumer protection act . I returned an item within 14days it was damaged , I still have not received my money . afyer sending them an email they tell me I will recive a credit . Like hell no to do what buy more poor quality items , mind you I bought a topmato watch from them the previous time in less then a month the strap came off
