Terrible Service and Poor Delivery!!!

<p>This was my second time buying from your site, the first time was terrible. My goods were delivered soo late I had to call in as it was way past 19 working days from the time the event closed. so i figured i would cut them some slack and try again. pleased my order in November 2016 its now mid Jan and when i phoned i was told there is a pair they are struggling to get hold of from their supplier.... why then sit on it and not tell me all this time!!? to put a cherry on the cake, no one knows when stock willl be recieved if it will be recieved at all. So i asked them to cancel the item and ship the rest. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never ever again put myself through such stress with you guys. </p>
