Terrible service

<p>On the 31st October 2016 I have ordered some clothes and I have received anything till todate. On their advert they said their order takes 9 to 20 working days, but today is the 26th day. I called them on the 1st of december and spoke to Terri she said she will make a followup on my order but she did not come back to me. I even droped on an email yeterday they did not reply. They are really frustratting me, Please help me</p>
