Terrible Experience

<p>Dealing with Runway sale has been a shocking experience. Placing an order on the 30th December and have still not received it without any valuable updates on their "track my order". Trying to call their call centre is a waste of time as nobody ever answers the phone...why have a call centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is will the first and last time that I will purchase anyting from them. With the online competitors such as takelot, Spree, Zando, Superbalist who can actually provide a decent experience and service this is surely not sustaniable and it will be only a matter of time before their clients stop buying from them if this type of service delivery continues.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
