Terrible customer service: Runway sale!

First of all, it took more than a month for my product to be delivered. For a whole month, there was no communication.

When I did eventually receive the items, they had stains, they were torn. They were not at all up to standard.

I made a complaint with the company, but all I was told was to return it and they are not able to replace it.

Its surprising to note that this company does not understand at all how to do customer services and uphold a good reputation.

I am disappointed!!
