Terrible customer service

<p>I've had the most ********** experience ever. Took almost two months for my order to be delivered.Without any update, When it was finally delivered, they delivered wrong sizes which I wasn't what I ordered. I can't even return the wrong items cos it'll take another year for me to get any feedback, if at all. On their website it says, allow 9-20 working days, however, this is not the case. They mislead customers. How do you advertise something you don't have stock of and let customers pay for it. They should be reported to consumer protector.I'm cancelling my other order, they don't even pick up their phones.</p>
