TAKING LONG TO REFUND CUSTOMER

This is the most pathetic online store when it comes to refunds, my parcel was received at their warehouse by the 2nd of December, today is the 19th i have not received my money. I will not advise anyone to buy from these people, let alone having to pay courier to return items. It`s sickening. It`s easy system when they take your money but drags for weeks to pay back....
