Super, efficient customer service

<p>I usually receive extremely efficient service/response times from RUNWAYSALE in the case of queries. On the one occasion when an item I ordered was out of stock, I received a detailed explanation as to how the error occurred and I was compensated for the inconvenience. This says alot about their commitment to their customers. I will definitely continue to shop with RUNWAYSALE and I highly recommend them.</p> <p> </p> <p>FYI other online shopping stores do not offer the same service in such situations. I speak from experience.</p>
