Sucks!!!!

<p>On the 11th of January I ordered and paid for a jacket at Runaway Sale, then waited for them to deliver it while I was monitoring the status of my product. I then started to panic beacuse my product was not being delivered I then called them and they were going back and forth telling me they will call me back after they checked their warehouse and then they keep quiet until I call back again. Only on the 20th of February they decide to call back and tell me my product got lost with the courier guy and that they have reversed my money and depending on my bank, it may take up to 10 days for the money to reflect on my account.</p>
