Still waiting on my order to be delivered.

I made a purchase on 01/18/2021 and i am still awaiting delivery of my goods, I have been in contact with Mariska from runwaysale, when can I get my goods, I honestly wont buy again from Runwaysale, i have been a customer since 2017 and yet this has been the worst service ever that i am getting.
