Still waiting for my delivery - two months later

<p>This is the second order I am waiting for over two months to be delivered. Their policy said delivery will take place between 9 to 20 working days. They don’t mention the fact that you will have to wait for over two months for delivery on some of your orders. This is not acceptable. After I have sent several emails, I haven’t received a response/reason from them for the very late delivery.</p>
