Still no response after emails sent Order Date 1 December 2016 its now been 23 Working days

<p>I placed my order on the 1 December 2016 and hoping I would get the this gift by end of January.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sent emails and nobody responded to me I called 28 December ,it has been past 9-20 days for delivery to take place since this is a birthday gift for my wife.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted with this company service ,I worked in e-commerce and this company will surely not last as they already giving customers bad service and advertising falsely.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agent told me the stock arrived at the warehouse which should be dispatched on the 30 December 2016 ,still nothing received and the order status still shows payment received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never order from Runaway sale ever again ,quick to take customer money but cant give client follow up calls of order.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
