Still no delivery but money was accepted

<p>I placed two orders in November, first order was 21-November which i received 28-December, the other order was placed 28-November but is still waiting for the delivery. The worst part is this was actually Christmas presents, i had to take extra money to go and find other gifts on the 23rd of December because no one got back to me. I paid on the 28th also but the Order Tracking is still showing Awaiting Payment after i mailed through the proof of payment 3 times already. I've mailed but get no response, i phone but no one pick up!</p>
