SHOCKING Customer Service

<p>I submitted an order to Runway Sale on 06-07-2016 (per there own website). I queried the order about 2 weeks after payment and was advised that the shipment was being attended to. About 2 weeks later (05/08/2016) an email was sent to me to tell me one of items could not be shipped (it really took 4 weeks to find that out?). It is now 16-08-2016 and they are yet to release the rest of my shipment from their warehouse.</p>
