Service standards have dropped.

I ordered some item's on the 2nd of December of which some of those items were gifts that I was supposed to give to give away on the 10th of December. I still have not received my order even today. And on their site they write delivery time is 3-5 working days.

I am so disappointed with them, their service has dropped so much. I've had to spend more money that I don't have because of their failure to deliver my products on time!
