Service beyond expectations

I would like to extend my gratitude for assistance received from Carla at Runway sale.I requested to return an item I had bought.The approval was done the next day,Carla took me through the process of their return policy and kept me informed in every step of the whole collection process. I remember when the courier company was to collect the parcel from me on the 27th Sept and they didn't collect...I advised Carla and within that same morning of the 28th she made sure she made arrangements with the Courier and the parcel was collected after 3hours of our interaction.My refund was processed within SLA and she also kept me informed.Thank you for the outstanding service,keep it up!
