I would like to follow up on my order and also express my unhappiness about you service. I believe this company does deliver according to their slogan. As you always mention that it takes 1-3 workings days to deliver main arreas and 5 working days other areas.

I have place my order on the 8th of Dec 2023 and todaybis the 19th of December. I tried to call the call centre and they Agent could not help me and I ask to speak to the supervisor. I waa put on hold till tje phone cut. I did not run oit of airtime but someone decided to drop the call.

The clothes and shoose wer emeant to be for Christmas and my kids are leaving tomorrow's. Yesterday i was waiting for my order and i decided to ask for call back from the delivery company at 14h00 and they did not. Today I am no longer at work where you where supposed to deliver the clothes and it I changed the addredd that will be another 2 days and my kids are leaving tomorrow to Eastern Cape.

I believe the company is selling false advert in terms of delivery. You fail to maintain your own promise of 3 working days. According to your email my order waa supposed to be delivered on the 14th latest and today is the 19. I find your call centre agent being *********** as well as the supervisor.
