The above is apparently what Runway offers and what they are all about. Am i then justified in feeling that the above is not true at all because i received a **** damaged Pauls Boutique bag and a pair of Plastic Pierre Cardin boots that has my house smelling like China Town. I get that the prices were ridiculously cheap and that it was the luck of the draw, however the fact that an online company who claims to stock "designer brands for men, ladies and kids" and on their website it further says "from around the World". I am highly disappointed and extremely let down that my handbag must have come from the United States of Bellville and my shoes from Plastics for Africa.

All my excitement has turned to complete dismay. Last month i ordered 3 Shock Absorber bras, i received an email stating that i would only get 2 and that they would refund me for the 3rd which was the one I actually really wanted because it was the best one. Apparently after searching the ware house and liaison with the supplier it was found there is actually no stock. Okay cool, i am not normally a difficult person but then this morning i see the same bra back on the shock absorber event, which is now once again sold out. What gives... is there stock, was there stock, or is this false advertising.

Back to my **** bag and plastic shoes. I called the call center, spoke to Carla and was told "there is nothing they can do". After stating my unhappiness and putting the phone down, i got a call back from her, They replacing the bag. They however can do nothing about the cheap plastic horribly smelling shoes.

On their Designer Bag event they currently have Pauls Boutique Bags going for nothing less than R900. I am concerned that Runway might be selling **** items and passing them off as the real deal.

I am done with Runway Sale, i know longer trust them.
