Runway[sale].co.za Poor Service

I ordered a wallet, their courier company could not get hold of me to deliver. No follow-up for delivery after this, I contacted both runwaysale and the courier company to find out about the progress but nothing was delivered till day. Instead the courier asked me what is it that I ordered as they can't find it.
