RunwaySale will rip you off & non-compliant with the Consumer Protection Act

This ridiculous company refuses to refund me in full. I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of shoes instead of 1 pair and informed them about it. They processed my refund but I noticed that it wasn’t the full amount. The promotion running was a R250 discount off a purchase if R1200 & more. My original purchase was R2 k and with the 1 item being removed, it was R1.5 k. But no, RunwaySale sees it as individual discounts, eg. R50 off each item (not advertised this way). If I selected the correct no. of items then guess what? The R250 discount would’ve app****, no drama. I was not even informed that I would not be credited in full until I saw my bank account. No invoice or credit note issued. They are non-compliant with the Consumer Protection Act. It’s my first & last time doing business with this company. I am in business too and this just shocks me. I was excited about coming across this online company and was looking forward to doing many more transactions with them, but NO thanks. Reconsider doing business with them, guys. Especially if you’re planning to spend a good few hard earned hundreds or even thousands with them. The after service will bite you.
