RunwaySale - Very Poor Service Delivery!

<p>I made a purchase on Runway Sale on 25 November 2016 and my payment reflected on their system 26 November 2016. Since then I have received no communication about my order. I emailed them several times, but there has been no response! I called them on Monday 9 January 2017 to find out about my order. I was told that my order was already in the queue for delivery, but since my order has been delayed, it would be pushed forward. I was told that I would receive my order by 11 January or 12 January 2017 for absolute latest. I have still not received my order or any communication about it either. I tried to call them several times on 13 January 2017, but no one ever answers my call. I checked on their tracking system, but it only reflects receipt of payment and no dispatch/delivery information.</p> <p>Their policy clearly states that delivery may take between 9 and 20 working days. It's been 32 WORKING days since payment was received!</p>
