RunwaySale - Jessica going above and beyond

I would like to commend Jessica on her efficiency and helpfulness! I have placed two separate orders with RunwaySale, and on both occasions she has assisted me.<br> <br> The first, I purchased 2 dresses (brides****s) for my sisters wedding. Even though I ordered it after the stipulated time for it to be delivered, she ensured that my delivery was made well before the event giving me peace of mind.<br> <br> The second.... one of their suppliers let RunwaySale down terribly in cancelling the delivery of one of their featured items (which I had bought) 2 days before customers were expecting their deliveries. I called Jessica and explained my predicament in that I had to have this particular dress because the theme for the event was pastel colours as well as a beach event. Not to mention that no stores are stocking summer dresses in winter! She went to the supplier directly and sourced my dress for me AND having it delivered before the event!<br> <br> Jessica I would just like to thank you again (a million times over) for being an outstanding service provider. You have gone way beyond your job! I hope RunwaySale know the value you add to their business
