Runwaysale is trash

I had queried my order as it was due between the 25th and 29th July. I have not received my order! I made a call and was told that I will be called back. I am still waiting. This is disappointing and unacceptable. Apparently they were moving warehouses and "unfortunately" my order will be further delay. Oh guess what...they can't "unfortunately" refund me to get my emergancy gift, I have to wait for 4 days. I have been inconvenieced twice. I probably called 10 times in one day trying to get feedback about my funds. I will never purchase from them again or use Layup again.
