After lots of sweat & many tears we have received final confirmation from the warehouse and management regarding details of items which have affected your order. We regret to inform you that the item Fucsia Santorini Ballerina Pump and Black & Gold Marbella Sling Back Pointed Heel will not be on its merry way to you. Items was received damaged. "

After 39 days and nothing, RUNWAYSALE's service is truly pathetic!

I imported goods from China online on the on the 20th April and received it on the 24th April. They should shut RUNWAYSALE down as they don't hold true to the services and! the links to rate them never works, I can understand why because their services is disgusting...
