Runwaysale is not worth the saving!!!

Pathetic service from Dawn Wing and Runwaysale. I purchased goods from Runwaysale and received a message my parcel was to be delivered 21/01/2016, track and trace shows it left Dawn Wing at 7.30am yesterday and still hasn't been delivered today yet I sat and waited at work till 5pm despite finishing early, when I called them I have been told that it was shipped on economy and may only reach me on Monday the 25/01/2016 as there are more important deliveries despite Dawn Wing's depot being 3-4kms from me and instead of the parcel being allocated to the top of the list today it has again being allocated as one of the last deliveries, despite me informing them I finish at 4pm today. Even after paying for delivery they asked if I want to pick it up myself....so my parcel which contains makeup has been sitting in the back of that van for days now in the sun and heat? I don't even think I want it anymore!
