RUNWAY SERVICE

I have been buying from Runway for some time and i love their goods but their delivery service is pathetic. The past few months their service is deteriorating bad not sure what happened. The worst was when i ordered shoes and paid only to be told they don't have stock. Why take our money if you don't have stock. See email below from them:

Alternatively we can add the credit on your Runwaysale account which is valid for a year, or submit a refund once your bank details are provided.
