Runway Sale - ******** or Absolute Incompetence

The Runway sale team are absolutely *********** or their tactics were very underhanded. They sent out a communication that they would load SMEG mixer at 9:00, but they loaded it late and as a result, my girlfriend and i lost the opportunity to purchase it.

We have been on the site from just before 9:00, and at 9:40, the item was still not loaded.

I would actually like to get in touch with the competition commission and make it known that this was a false advertising **** to drive people to the site and have them stay longer for the purpose of sales under false pretenses. The message was that the item would be loaded AT 9:00, not FROM 9:00. I am very upset and would like to take this up further as my girlfriend made a special effort to be on the site at 9:00 and she and i both went through all the sale items and wasted out time and effort.

Do not advertise falsely and load items late to keep people on the site. This is absolute incompetence or purposely done, in either case, one of the worst stunts to pull. It shows just how low the people who run and own the site can actually be.

I am very very upset as my girlfriend made all this effort for what? To be deceived and made to stay on the site when there was no smeg item even put up at the time stated.
