Runway Sale - Returns *******

Regarding returns - the website states: Collection: Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provide. A shipping fee of R60 will be charged for returns collected by us and will be deducted from the refund due.

What they fail to mention is that they charge you R60 per item returned, irrespective of whether you return 1 or 5 items in the same order. This is utterly ridiculous when in relation, their competitors do not charge at all when items are returned within a certain amount of time.

I will not be purchasing from Runway Sale in future, this is a total *******!
