Runway sale refund

I bought a pair of shoes and the size was too small and I bought another size from runway sale while I placed a request for the other pair to return.

The shoe was collected and tll today I still have not received my refund I am been told that I need to get the signed POC and it does show that the shoe was collected and received from their end.
