Runway sale - Pathetic

I ordered and paid for 2 items on the 30th of May only to get an e-mail on the 25th of June to say they dint have stock of one of the items (3 and a half weeks). Then get told that the refund can take up to 10 to 14 days. Is this a money laundering system that they take your money, say they don’t have stock and refund your money almost 5 weeks later? Crediting a card machine transaction takes a few minutes credit and an eft takes a few minutes, why 10 to 14 days? I only get defensive e-mails from the communication team and justification for pathetic service! Do not buy on the Runway sale it is pathetic!
