Runway Sale Nightmares

<p>I had ordered stuff on Runway on the 5th of November. The status of the order has not changed since. I have emailed 3 times with still no response. This is utterly pathetic from them. Considering that they charge us for delivery even if you spend over a certain amount, unlike the other online stores. Their usual responses are it take 9 to 20 days for it to be delivered...well it's way over 20 days. Runway sale better catch a wake up...this is not on!! I want all my orders to be delivered before Christmas or I want a refund...I'm not desperate for disgusting service from them!!</p>
