RUNWAY SALE JUST MESSED ME UP!

I had a horrible this time around. I ordered two pairs of shoes last month and only 7 days on waiting on Runway - I get an email saying that they do not have stock.

Like ... wait! How do i pay for something that is not available? Thats disheartening and discouraging; It leaves me with a lot of concerns and thus my whole experience the fourth time buying on Runway IS TERRIBLE!!

I choose shoes and you say you have them. The next minute you are telling me VIA EMAIL that you cant provide what i paid for, BS.

I wont do business again with Runway sale as i no longer trust that they can deliver. Who is even behind the screen and keyboard??

I have been refunded for one shoe as yet, and waiting for the other credit.

I have already sought other options of online shopping in South Africa. I cant deal with such inconvenience.
