Runway sale heading south???

After many purchases in the past and being quite happy, things at runway sale seem to be slipping. I received 1/2 the purchases in one package. Immediately I wrote to them to let them know about the issue. They said they would look into it. Now 1 month later Tyler Says they need the packaging and code on the packaging. Ask this happened during the lockdown 4 stage so the parcel was dropped off without signing. Why has it taken so long for them to ask for these details? We recycle on a weekly basis. Well this entry be sorted out. From all the past reviews It looks like this company is going south ( except for those **** reviews of fantastic service)
