Runway sale do not stick to the 9-20 days dispatch time - it's way past that!

<p>I ordered a belt off runway sale over a month ago. It is now way past the 20 days maximum days that it should take to be dispatched. I e-mailed them over a week ago to find out where my order is and still no reply.. Very frustrating and so unprofessional! </p>
