Runway Sale

I have used runway sale quite a few times. Always been an issue for how long delivery takes but have always eventually got my order all be it some time’s two weeks late. However my last order it’s been a nightmare. It’s now five weeks since I placed my order. I had to contact them three times to eventually be told the couriers lost my parcel and they will refund me. I find it totally unacceptable that they sit with my money for almost six weeks (no refund yet and from what I have read on the reviews it may take a while). I’m so over shoddy service when everyone is battling to survive. Step up your game or change your courier company!!
